According to a press release, issued by Punjab University, the Health Centre has started spray of insecticides from 17th of February. Chief Medical Officer Prof Dr Nauman sait in a statement that spray teams comprising 5 to 10 members would carry out the insecticide spray in different parts of the both campuses including hostels on daily basis. He said that posters and leaflets regarding information and prevention about Dengue fever were also being distributed amongst the university population. He said the process of insecticide spray would continue till both the campuses and hostels were completely sprayed.
