According to the official website of the Higher Education Commission(HEC), applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani/AJK nationals for the award of scholarships for MPhil/MS leading to PhD or PhD. The scholarships will be awarded for fall 2011 and spring 2012 session in HEC identified discipline wise world top ranked Universities of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore etc.
